What does it mean practically in daily Christian life?

Upon request more explanation about the meaning of the seven letters to the Churches. I shall try to do so by using common example from daily life. So, let us start with Revelation 3:15-16

I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were cold or hot! 16 So, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of my mouth.

When I say he, I also mean she.
Who is a cold Christian?
May I say a Christian who visites every Sunday the church, but during the week he lives in the world. One does not notice he is a Christian, does not show the Biblical norms and values. May be even reads daily the Bible, but it has no effect on daily life, and is not under control of the Holy Spirit. Does not bother to give his tithe. Does not pray.
Who is a hot Christian?
A Christian who is noticed by people of his Christian life style, full of the Holy Spirit, respecting the Biblical norms and values. Showing is his love to his unbelievers and believers. Attending and giving Bible studies and prayer meetings. Praying with knocking and pleading using Biblical texts during one hour (or more). Giving his tithe to the church and in addition offerings for evangelism and missionaries. Supporting boarding schools in the Third world, liberating children from prostitution. During the Covid-19 crisis supporting in food parcels. The fruits of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22, 1 Cor. 6:10-11, Ephesians 6:5-6) are visible in daily life. Protesting against things which go against Bible laws. Voting against politicians who support things which contrary the Will of God. Publish on the Internet the values of God, protesting against anti Godly things, against abortion, violence, euthanasia, the sexual acts of homosexuals. Investigating the truth and warning against the dangers of nano technology and Covid-19 vaccine. Explaining the Bible and the book of Revelation, the soon Rapture of the Church, who might stay behind and shall be taken.
Who is a lukewarm Christian?
The warning to the lukewarm Christian is that he will be spewed out of the mouth of Jesus. That Christian is wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. Meaning he does not care about his neighbors. He reads the Bible but does not understand the meaning, the Holy Spirit is grieved (Ephesians 4:30) and quench (1 Thess. 5:19), belongs to the foolish virgins and a servant of one talent and receives the judgment about man. He does not care if persons respects the law of God, is selfish. He collects himself earthly things, a nice luxury house and car. He might give his tithes, but mostly more as an obligation than with a cheerful heart. Sometimes prays, but only a short time without pleading and using Bible texts.

Jesus stands at the door and knocks

Jesus stands at your door and He knocks (Rev. 3:20), asking you to open your heart to Him. Asking you to be a testimony of Him, proclaiming the Bible, Gods values and norms. Opening your heart to the poor, to visit the sick, the persons in prison, to proclaim the gospel to the unbeliever. Protesting againt injustice and laws which goes against God, for example the genero ideologia (which is a very dangerous ideologia), abortus, euthanasia, etc. Supporting financially His work of evangelism and missionary, giving your tithe and offerings with a cheerful heart. Fulfilling the order of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20

Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.

The Christian who soil their garments (Rev. 3:4)

Now, do not get angry with me, for I am going to give your examples from daily life.

  1. The pastor who enriched himself from the church. Who has a mansion of 5 million dollars. Who has a farm, to enrich himself more, but not to feed the poor.
  2. The pastor speaking in tongues and prophesying. Revealing the sins of persons in the church. But his personal life is shamefully, full of robbery, full of fornication, unable to support his family. Sleeping with church members. Not keeping up to his promises. His wife (divorce from him) is sleeping with various men, because he is not capable to support his family. The daughter of 15 years old, sees his parents and already have several sexual relations and do not believe in Jesus, that is old fashion.
  3. The pastors who preach Bible text out of their contexts and proclaim a false gospel, see 2 Timothy 3:1-7. Teaching one can continue to live in the world because Jesus already died for ALL SINS on the cross, no need for repentance. In contrast to the preaching of John the Baptist (Mark 1:5) to repent from sin and be born-again as a child of God and leave the world of satan, loving the worldly things.
  4. The persons who teach that the state of Israel is not the fulfilling of Ezekiel 36-37, because the Church has taken the place of Israel. They forget Romans 11:13-24 that the Church is grafted into the olive tree and root of Israel. These persons are false teachers. And lead persons to the lake of fire.
  5. A famous Christian singer group that, when you listen carefully, sings about your wealth on earth and does not focus on the preaching of the gospel and the Kingdom of God.

They are the workers of

Revelation 3:2 "I know your works; you have the name of being alive, and you are dead".
Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?' And then will I declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from me, you evildoers.

That is a serious warning. Persons might show the gifts of the Holy Spirit like speaking in tongues and prophesying, but that does NOT tell anything about their spiritual life and their relation with God. In fact, it even can mean NO access to Heaven (Matthew 7:21-23). Rev. 3:2 For I have not found your works perfect in the sight of my God.

Jesus has set before you an open door (Rev. 3:8)

Jesus is speaking to the Church, so to the believer who has little power and have kept my word of patient endurance. That is special true nowadays. In China, Christians are put into concentration camps. In India, Pakistan, Africa, men are killed brutally in front of their wives and children and their houses burnt. The wives and children are left with nothing and no income. They are the ones with little power and need to keep the Word of Jesus with endurance. They need to hold fast until the soon coming of Jesus, which can last seconds or still years. Only the Father knows. Therefore we Christians in the free world, have to pray for them.
For them Revelation 2:10 is true:

Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have tribulation. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.

We might have little power but through the Internet we are able to reach out to the Christians in these countries, who are still dwelling in their houses. Through the Internet we are still capable to proclaim the gospel and provide them with Bible studies and spiritual food.
We are a small group, but we are able to warn the world about the fakenews of Covid-19, the dangers of the Covid-19 vaccines, the dangers of nano technology, the 5G mobiles and all what is behind it. That it is all about controlling the world and the earth population. We are able to advice the world of the soon Rapture of the Church and start of the Great Tribulation and the meaning of it.

Abandoned the love you had at first (Rev. 2:4)

When a unbeliever comes to faith, he is is enthusiastic, full of good will, and first love for Jesus Christ. But many as time goes on, return to the world, get disappointed because prayers are not answered. Many experience the attacks of satan and demons. Many churches do not give support in the Christian growth. Many churches themselves are themselves babies in faith. Many are led away due to false teaching and because themselves do NOT read the Bible under the control and explanation of the Holy Spirit. They might have come from drugs, prostitution, alcohol, sexual abuse and other things. Possible for a short time they are liberated, but since they are NOT liberated through confession and repentance, they remain in the power of satan and fall back and lose their first love for Jesus. It is a failure of the church too in guidance and liberation.
It is the commandment of Jesus to return to Him and start again to do all things when you had the first love: Daily Bible reading, daily praying, Bible studies in groups, proclaiming the gospel, giving your tithe cheerfully, and much more.

You cannot bear evil men but have tested those who call themselves apostles but are not (Rev. 2:2)

Special today there are many evil men and false apostles who proclaim Biblical text out of their context and another gospel. A well-known preacher tells that after the cross, Jesus still had to bear sins of men during the three days in inferno (Hades). WHAT A FALSE PREACHING. The cross was alone was not sufficient. What a misleading, nowhere we can find this in the Bible. Contrary, Luke 23:43 says: And Jesus said to him, "Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise." The Bible tells clearly that Jesus after His death on the cross went to PARADISE and Not to Hades.
Others preach that sickness is not of God. That God CURES ALL and not be cured is due to sin of the believer. WHAT A LIE. Jesus did not cure everybody on earth. Joni Eareckson Tada for more than 50 years quadriplegia and Nick born without any limb and they being witnesses of Jesus for the deficiencies.
Others preach riches and wealth. WHAT A LIE. Yes, the Christian does not need to live in poverty. But living in mansions of 5 million dollars, is selfishness. Money which should be spent to evangelsim. Now specially with the soon Coming of Jesus, it is necessary to spend your money wisely and ACCORDING HOW JESUS WISHES. Now is the time of proclaiming the gospel through ALL MEANS, on the streets, in churches, radio, television, Internet, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and much more. In ALL languages. Supporting organizations which do so. We cannot take our goods to Heaven. All will be left behind when going to Heaven OR will be taken from you in the Great Tribulation by the AntiChrist.
Others preach full of communism, socialism and feminism which has NOTHING to do with the teaching of the Bible. They are false teachers and pastors, which does not lead to Heaven and Jesus as Lord.
Much more other false teaching is out there, so be warned and test all teaching in the Bible in their context. Before the judgment seat of Christ, we CANNOT say, but he or she told and explain to me. It is the individual believer's responsibility to investigate and test to the Bible in context.
It is for Christians and church to warn against false teaching, acceptance of government of laws which go against God (obligation of Covid-19 vaccine, genero ideology teaching at schools), action groups of minority (like pro abortion, pro euthanasia), because Revelation 2:20 says

But I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and beguiling my servants to practice immorality.
Verse 23 I will give to each of you as your works deserve.

Clearly we are informed that we are NOT allowed to tolerate, we are ORDERED TO PROTEST.

CONCLUSION

We are ordered to give our FIRST love to God, to defend the laws of God and to proclaim and support the gopel and Bible in all TRUTH. WE MUST HAVE A DAILY RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, knowing the Will of God. Like in a good marriage.
