Sermon 11 Wilfred - Prayer, for what and whom do we pray?
In this sermon Wilfred will talk abouth the subject for what and whom the Christian needs to pray. Prayer is the Christian's force against darkness, satan and demons. With your prayer you activate God. Jesus tells the Christian to pray. Prayer is your communication with God. Likewise in a good marriage, you speak daily with your partner, otherwise your marriage dies soon and possibly ends, so you need to pray each day. Tithe is not just money out of your pocket, it is also the tithe of your time. So 10% of 24 hours is almost 2 ½ hours. For many people this is too much a day. You have your job, travel by bus or train, you have your children. But for a mother in the house this might be possible. We begin prayer with the forgiveness of our sins. With praise and thanks for our food, work, our home, our health and protection against theft, accidents and murder. We pray for governments, our children, the Jewish people, teachers in schools, colleges and universities, see Praying is. Against darkness, against the sacrifices of babies and children in the church of satan. We pray for unbelievers by name in our family, our neighbors, actors/actresses in films and on television, and singers that the Holy Spirit opens their hearts. Pleading upon the word of God as written in Ephesians 6, 2 Peter 3:9, etc. We fight strongly in prayer against satan, because "Be sober, be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking some one to devour" (1 Peter 5:8).
